Return Policy:
At OutdoorArtSite.com it is our policy to provide you with quality service. If you find that your order is damaged, we will gladly fix the problem. We will also replace or refund the cost of the print if there was any problem with fading, peeling or corrosion. Upon receipt if the frame or print is damaged we will replace the print at no additional cost to you. If there is a problem with an order, pleace contact us and we will respond to your request as soon as possible.
Upon receipt if you are not satisfied with the print for whatever reason you may return the print in the original box. You will be subject to shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.
Any returns that were for items with free shipping will be reimbursed for the cost of the items no shipping costs.
Manufacturers Warranty:
The manufacturer warrants quality and craftsmanship for a period of 24 months from the original invoice date. This warranty is limited to normal use and proper care by the purchaser.
This warranty is void if the customer fails to use proper cleaning techniques in caring for and maintaining the print. This warranty is further void if damage is caused by acts of nature, neglect, abuse and/or failure to take reasonable care of the product.
